Fresh made crispy tortilla shell filled with lettuce, season ground beef, tomatoes and shredded cheese. Topped with sliced black olives. Served with a side of sour cream and salsa.

CHEF’S SALAD

A bed of romaine lettuce with hard boiled egg, ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons with your choice of dressing.

BLUEBERRY GORGONZOLA SALAD

A bed of romaine lettuce with fresh blueberries, Gorgonzola cheese and pine nuts and served with our homemade blueberry vinaigrette.

CHEF’S SALAD

A bed of romaine lettuce with hard boiled egg, ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons with your choice of dressing.

THE BREWHOUSE SALAD

A bed of fresh iceberg lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers. Topped with shredded cheese and croûtons with your choice of dressing.

SALMON SALAD

Bed of crisp romaine with cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, red onions, feta cheese and served with fresh lemons and your choice of dressing. Served Blackened or Grilled drizzled with a honey garlic sauce.

TARPON SPRINGS GREEK SALAD

A bed of romaine lettuce with feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, pepperoncinis, olives and sliced red onion then tossed with Greek dressing.

PLANT CITY STRAWBERRY WALNUT SALAD

Fresh strawberries, Mozzarella cheese and candied walnuts over a bed of iceberg lettuce. Served with strawberry vinaigrette dressing.

SWEET & SPICY SHRIMP SALAD

A bed of romaine lettuce with honey garlic shrimp, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, cilantro and honey garlic drizzled on top.
